Car detailing software for a mobile round

A full correction and a maintenance wash look the same on a bank statement and are nothing alike on margin. Hours and products sit against the job, so each package has its own number — and the photos that sell the next one are on the record.

No card required · Cancel in one click

The OlasBoard job pipeline as mobile detailing and valeting businesses use it: leads, booked jobs, work in progress and done, each with the client, the date and the price
  • Margin per package, not per month
  • Before-and-after on every job
  • Freed slots offered to the crew
  • Detailers included in the plan

Where the money actually goes

“A full detail and a wash feel the same when the money lands.”

They stop feeling the same once the hours are on the job and the products are costed against it. One is four hours of labour and consumables; the other is fifty minutes. The margin per package is a report, not a hunch.

“My best photos are stuck in my camera roll.”

They attach to the job with the time and the person who took them, next to the car, the customer and the price. You can send them with the invoice, which is when they do the most work.

“A cancellation at ten leaves a four-hour hole.”

Offer it. Everybody available sees the slot at once and the first person free takes it — exactly one of them, however many tap together.

“Compounds, pads and ceramic coatings are just expenses.”

Photograph the receipt and it files itself. Put it against the job when it was for that car, and the job’s margin is honest.

“Regulars are in my head and in WhatsApp.”

Each customer keeps their history — every visit, what it cost, what it looked like. Repeat work is set up once instead of being remembered fortnightly.

“A second detailer means a second licence.”

Seats come with the plan. Hiring changes what you can do, not what you pay for software.

A booking, start to finish

  1. 08:30Enquiry from an Instagram ad arrives as a lead, with the car and the package asked for.
  2. 08:50Quote out for a two-stage correction, with your terms, from the phone.
  3. Next dayAccepted, booked, on the calendar at a price.
  4. 10:00Before photos and the timer, on the driveway.
  5. 15:20After photos. Coating cost logged against the job.
  6. 15:25Invoice out with the photos attached, from the driveway.

The real problem is not knowing what is going on in your own business

Everything else follows from that. If you cannot see it, you cannot price it, chase it, or tell who is carrying the work.

Do you actually know what you made last month?
Not turnover — what was left. Income, costs and the margin on every job in one place, so the answer is a screen rather than an evening with a bank statement.
You pay a manager. Can you see what they did?
Leads handled, how fast they answered, what converted. From the record, not from their summary of it.
Which of your clients are still short?
One definition of unpaid across every screen, and the late ones chased on a schedule with the message already written.
Did anybody actually go to that job?
When it was taken, when it started, when it finished, and the photos from while they were there.
Are you pricing the work right?
What you quoted sits next to what it took. After a dozen jobs you are pricing from your own history instead of hoping.

Numbers from what people did, not from what they reported

Most tools tell you what somebody typed into them. These figures come off the work itself: the moment a job was taken, the moment it was started, the moment it was finished, the hours that fall out of that, and the photos attached while the person was standing there.

Nobody writes their own report card. That is the difference between a dashboard you believe and one you argue with.

Per-person performance reporting is on the Business plan. Job records, timings and photo proof are on every plan.

For anyone running a crew

Stop ringing round to fill a job

The job goes to the whole crew at once and the first person free takes it. No calls, no group chat you have to keep track of afterwards.

  1. 01

    You add the job

Client, address, time, price. Thirty seconds, from the van.

  2. 02

    The whole crew sees it

One offer to everyone instead of five messages sent one at a time. Their phone buzzes.

  3. 03

The first one free takes it

Exactly one person gets it, however many tap at once — and nobody can take a job on top of one they already have.

  4. 04

    You find out without asking

It shows who took it. If nobody does, you hear about it in hours, not on the day.

And your crew does not cost extra

Most tools in this category price per user, and “user” means anyone with a login — your crew, your subcontractors, the person in the office. The bill grows every time you hire.

Here the seats come with the plan. €99 a month covers up to 20 people, and the price is the same whether 20 of them are working today or two.

Everything the job needs, in one app

Stop paying for five tools that do not talk to each other.

Built in, not sold separately

An assistant that has read your books

It sees your pipeline, your invoices, your expenses and your crew — and answers the questions a good business partner would.

  • “Who owes me money and how late are they?”
  • “Which of these leads should I ring first?”
  • “Am I actually making anything on recurring cleans?”
  • “Photograph this receipt and file it against yesterday's job.”

Ask by typing, by voice, or by photographing something. It advises and drafts — you stay the one who decides. Included from the €19 plan, not held back for an enterprise tier.

car detailing software — questions

Is there an online booking page customers can use themselves?

Not yet — that is on the roadmap and this page will not pretend otherwise. Today enquiries arrive as leads, including straight from your Facebook, Instagram, Google or TikTok ads, and you confirm the slot. A customer-facing booking page and a pay-now link on the invoice are both still to come.

Can I see which package is worth selling?

Yes. Hours and product costs sit against each job, so a maintenance wash, a full detail and a coating each end up with their own margin instead of one blended figure.

Does it keep a record per vehicle?

History is kept per customer, not per registration — every job for that person, with photos, prices and notes. If a vehicle register with VIN and service intervals is what you need, this is not that.

Can customers pay on the driveway?

You take the money as you do now and record it against the invoice — cash, card or a part payment. There is no pay-now link for the customer to tap yet.

Do I pay per detailer?

No. Seats are included in the plan.

Does it handle regular maintenance customers?

Yes. Repeat jobs are set up once and invoices can repeat with them.
