By accessing or using OlasBoard (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OlasBoard is a business management platform for service companies. It provides job tracking, team management, invoicing, quoting, financial reporting, and AI-powered business coaching. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your business data. You can export or delete your data at any time. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. AI Features

The AI coaching and analysis features are provided for informational purposes only. AI-generated advice should not be considered professional financial, legal, or business advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI recommendations.

7. Payment & Billing

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing and payment terms will be clearly communicated before any charges are applied. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OlasBoard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
