How fast can a callout reach my locksmiths?
As fast as a push notification. You offer the job, everyone on shift sees it at once, and the first person free claims it from their phone. Exactly one person ends up holding it, and an offer nobody takes is escalated back to you within hours.
Does it apply an out-of-hours rate automatically?
No. You set the price on the job or the quote. What it does is show you what out-of-hours work made compared with daytime work, because hours and costs are recorded per job rather than averaged.
Can I log the parts I fitted?
Yes, as costs against the job, with the receipt photographed. There is no stock control or parts catalogue — if you need to know how many euro cylinders are in the van, this will not tell you.
Does it work without a signal?
Yes. Writes made offline are queued and sent when you are back in coverage, which matters in stairwells and underground car parks.
Can the customer pay at the door?
You take the payment as you do now and record it against the invoice — cash, card or a part payment — so the balance is right straight away. A pay-now link the customer taps is not built yet.
Do I pay per locksmith?
