Business software for Irish cleaning companies and trades

Quotes, jobs, invoices and expenses in one app — priced in euro, ready for your accountant, and built for a one-van operation in Cork as much as a ten-person crew in Dublin.

  • Your data stays in the EU
  • No card needed to start

One thread, followed all the way to the money

Most tools cover one piece and hand you back to a spreadsheet for the rest. This follows the whole job.

  1. 01

    An enquiry arrives

From a call, a WhatsApp, a form or an ad. It lands in the pipeline as a lead instead of in your head.

  2. 02

    It becomes a quote

Line items, your terms, your logo. Out as a PDF by email or WhatsApp in under a minute, from the van.

  3. 03

    It becomes a booked job

On the calendar, with the client, the address and the price. Clashes and travel gaps get flagged before you agree to them.

  4. 04

    The work gets done

Claim it, start the timer, photograph before and after, finish. Hours and pay are worked out the same way whoever pressed the button.

  5. 05

    It gets invoiced and paid

Invoice from the job in one step, part payments tracked, and the app chases what is late so you do not have to.

  6. 06

You see what you made on it

Costs and expenses sit against the job, so profit is per job and per client — not a number you find out in March.

The real problem is not knowing what is going on in your own business

Everything else follows from that. If you cannot see it, you cannot price it, chase it, or tell who is carrying the work.

Do you actually know what you made last month?
Not turnover — what was left. Income, costs and the margin on every job in one place, so the answer is a screen rather than an evening with a bank statement.
You pay a manager. Can you see what they did?
Leads handled, how fast they answered, what converted. From the record, not from their summary of it.
Which of your clients are still short?
One definition of unpaid across every screen, and the late ones chased on a schedule with the message already written.
Did anybody actually go to that job?
When it was taken, when it started, when it finished, and the photos from while they were there.
Are you pricing the work right?
What you quoted sits next to what it took. After a dozen jobs you are pricing from your own history instead of hoping.

Numbers from what people did, not from what they reported

Most tools tell you what somebody typed into them. These figures come off the work itself: the moment a job was taken, the moment it was started, the moment it was finished, the hours that fall out of that, and the photos attached while the person was standing there.

Nobody writes their own report card. That is the difference between a dashboard you believe and one you argue with.

Per-person performance reporting is on the Business plan. Job records, timings and photo proof are on every plan.

For anyone running a crew

Stop ringing round to fill a job

The job goes to the whole crew at once and the first person free takes it. No calls, no group chat you have to keep track of afterwards.

  1. 01

    You add the job

Client, address, time, price. Thirty seconds, from the van.

  2. 02

    The whole crew sees it

One offer to everyone instead of five messages sent one at a time. Their phone buzzes.

  3. 03

The first one free takes it

Exactly one person gets it, however many tap at once — and nobody can take a job on top of one they already have.

  4. 04

    You find out without asking

It shows who took it. If nobody does, you hear about it in hours, not on the day.

And your crew does not cost extra

Most tools in this category price per user, and “user” means anyone with a login — your crew, your subcontractors, the person in the office. The bill grows every time you hire.

Here the seats come with the plan. €99 a month covers up to 20 people, and the price is the same whether 20 of them are working today or two.

Built for the way your trade actually works

The same app underneath — but a cleaning round, an emergency callout and a maintenance contract are not the same job. 23 trades, each with its own page. Find yours.

Not listed? It still fits if the work arrives as a job with a client, a price and a date — that is the whole test.

Four things that run the business

Not a job tracker with invoicing bolted on. The pipeline, the money, the crew and the advice are one system.

Money in motion

Pipeline

Every opportunity on one board, from first contact to cash collected. Leads arrive by hand, from your ad platforms, or from an accepted quote — nothing sits in a message thread.

Made, spent, owed

Money

Quotes become invoices, invoices take part payments and card payments, expenses carry receipts. One definition of unpaid, so no two screens disagree about the same month.

The hands that do the work

Team

Owner, manager and worker roles. Workers get a phone-first view of their own jobs with claim, timer and photo proof, and need no training to use it.

Over your own numbers

AI assistant

Ask it which leads to chase, what a quote should cost, who owes you money, what the month actually did. It reads your data and advises — it does not pretend to do the work.

Everything the job needs, in one app

Stop paying for five tools that do not talk to each other.

Job pipeline in OlasBoard: columns for leads, booked, in progress and done, each job a card with the client, the date and the price

Visual job pipeline

Lead → Booked → In Progress → Done → Paid. Drag a job across, and everything downstream follows.

Client list in OlasBoard showing each customer with their total spend and job history

Clients that remember

Every job, quote and invoice against the client, with what they still owe you on the same screen.

OlasBoard home screen on a phone: income, expenses and net profit tiles above a weekly cash-flow chart

Money in and money out

Income and expenses, split by job or general, receipts photographed and attached as you go.

Reports screen in OlasBoard with an accountant CSV pack, a tax report PDF and a picker for what to export to Excel

Reports your accountant can use

Tax report, profit by job and client, exported to Excel, CSV or PDF at the end of the quarter.

Analytics dashboard in OlasBoard charting revenue, expenses and profit over time

See the trend, not just today

Revenue, expenses and profit by day, week, month or year — so a bad week reads as a bad week, not a crisis.

Team screen in OlasBoard listing crew members with their roles and who is available

A crew, when you have one

Invite people, set what they can see, and let workers claim jobs, run a timer and upload proof from their own phones.

Built in, not sold separately

An assistant that has read your books

It sees your pipeline, your invoices, your expenses and your crew — and answers the questions a good business partner would.

  • “Who owes me money and how late are they?”
  • “Which of these leads should I ring first?”
  • “Am I actually making anything on recurring cleans?”
  • “Photograph this receipt and file it against yesterday's job.”

Ask by typing, by voice, or by photographing something. It advises and drafts — you stay the one who decides. Included from the €19 plan, not held back for an enterprise tier.

The OlasBoard AI assistant on a phone answering a question about unpaid invoices

Made for Irish paperwork, not translated into it

Invoices carry your VAT number and rate, expenses are categorised and receipted, and the tax report exports to Excel and PDF in the shape your accountant expects at ROS filing time. Euro from the first screen, not a converted dollar price.

VATRevenueROS

Built for service businesses working in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford — a one-van round or a crew of ten.

Simple pricing. No surprises.

Questions people ask

Does OlasBoard handle Irish VAT?

Yes. You set your VAT number and rate once in Settings and every invoice carries them. Expenses are categorised with receipts attached, and the tax report exports to Excel, CSV and PDF for your accountant or your ROS return.

Is the price in euro?

Yes. Plans are priced and charged in euro — there is no conversion and no surprise on the card statement.

Will it work for a one-person business?

That is who it is designed for first. Team features stay hidden until you actually hire someone, so a sole trader is not looking at crew screens they do not need.

Where is my data stored?

On Google Firebase infrastructure, with GDPR-native handling. Your business records are isolated to your own account and are not visible to other users.

Can I get paid through it?

You invoice from the job, send it by email or WhatsApp, and record the payment against it — cash, card or a part payment. The app chases the ones that go unpaid. A pay-now link the customer taps is not built yet.
