Pricing questions
What happens after the 14-day trial?
The trial runs on the Autopilot plan. When it ends you pick a plan to continue on — your data stays where it is either way, and nothing is deleted because a trial expired.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You can sign up and use the trial without entering payment details.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
What currency am I charged in?
Euro. Any other currency shown on a regional page is an approximate guide so you can size the cost — the charge itself is in euro.
Does the price go up per person?
No. Each plan includes a number of seats and the price is the price. A one-person business on a five-seat plan pays for automation, not for four empty seats.
Is the AI assistant an extra?
No. It is included from the €19 plan upwards, not sold as an add-on or held back for an enterprise tier.
Can I get my data out?
At any time, to Excel, CSV or PDF — invoices, quotes, clients, jobs and the tax report.
